**Due to our growing programs throughout Orange County and beyond, we are looking for more professional and paraprofessionals for our preschool classrooms, in-home and off-site programs. Substitute teacher
The Blind Children’s Learning Center is looking for talented, dynamic and innovative educators. We are currently accepting applications for the 2007 school year for new and experienced substitute teachers for our programs in Early Childhood Program.
Responsibilities: Develop lesson plans that ensure the attainment of state learning standards and the additional specific learning standards set forth in the programs and  support project based learning (staff development training will be given in this area). Address individual needs of students through long and short term planning.
Substitute Teachers need to have passed the CBEST and have a completed application or resume on file in our office. Demonstrated ability to work with diverse children.

Substitute Teacher and Aide Positions
We are always looking to update and add to our substitute list. These very special people would be available on an on-call basis and would generally work a 6 hour day in any of our many programs on-site.
