Kim Neuhauser, PhD
President and Executive Director
Kim holds several degrees including a PhD from Duke University and a M.A. from John Hopkins. For the past 10 years she has held an appointment as a Faculty Lecturer in the Economics Department at University of California, Irvine.  She oversees all aspects of BCLC.

Deborah L. Warren
Director Early Childhood Center/Outreach
Masters degree in Education
Deborah Warren joined the Blind Children's Learning Center as the Director Early Childhood Center/Outreach in February 2010. Her extensive experience includes twenty years in special education and speech pathology. Also provided leadership for school districts, community, parents, advocates and medical staff in administration and staff development involved in special education. She also teaches Special Education and Speech Pathology classes at Cal State Fullerton. Member of CSUF Advisory Council for Communication Disorders Department and Member of California Speech and Hearing Association.

Paul Culver
Director of Development
Paul joined the Blind Children's Learning Center as the new Development Director in August, 2009. His extensive experience includes fundraising, marketing, corporate sponsorship and special events with various non-profit organizations. He has served on non-profit boards helping the arts and health/human services organizations. Prior to joining BCLC, Paul worked for South Coast Repertory as the Associate Director of Corporate Relations and most recenterly with Pacific Symphony buliding the corporate sponsorship program.

Andy Markalanda
Human Resources/Accounting Manager
B.S. degree in Accounting.
Andy has experience in HR management at major organizations and has 20 years experience in accounting. He joined BCLC in December 2004 and manages the accounting/HR department.
